Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Before each order is completed, we reach out to the veterinary office associated with the purchase. We do this to ensure a veterinary client-patient relationship has been established and that they are aware of the product and have an opportunity to provide input on the recommendations we include in our product, especially in consideration to each dog’s health and preexisting conditions.
It's important to note veterinary offices are extremely busy, and we take that into consideration when contacting them. In some instances, we hear back from the clinic the same day we contacted them. In others, we don't hear back for a few days. Once your veterinarian approves or you choose to complete your order, we will ship your order within one business day and you will receive tracking information via email. If you choose to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Please note if you place an order for a customized kit, you will need to upload a photo of your dog before we can fill the order. Photos can be uploaded using the Order Tracking link provided in your original order confirmation email.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. Subscribe to updates to be among the first to know when it becomes available, or contact us and let us know where you'd like The Uh-Oh Kit to be sold.
How do I check the status of my order?
Check the status of your order at any time using the Order Status button found in the order confirmation email.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CustomerSupport@PuppylationHealth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at CustomerSupport@PuppylationHealth.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
